【オールジェンダートイレ パネル】全店舗随時設置のお知らせ
9月1日より誰もが心置きなく使用できるトイレ環境を整備へ
この度、全ての性に配慮したオールジェンダートイレ※を設置し、ジェンダー平等への第一歩として、誰もが心置きなく安心して使用できる環境づくりを目指します。
＜オールジェンダートイレの必要性＞
飲食店を気持ちよくご利用いただくために、創業当時からトイレの清掃に力を入れております。
より気持ちよくご利用いただくためには、「多様な性に配慮したトイレ」にしたほうがいいのではという声が社内から上がりました。
実際、従業員の中でも自身の性について自ら発信する方が増えてきている印象があり、社内に向けてもジェンダーレスを広めていく目的があります。
海外に目を向けると、性の多様性に配慮した取り組みは世界中で広まっており、ダンダダンには海外のお客様のご来店の機会も少なくなく、グローバルな観点でもオールジェンダートイレは必要だと考えています。
＜誰もが気持ちよく利用できるトイレへ＞
オールジェンダートイレの設置以前から、男性用トイレと女性用トイレの環境は同じようなつくりでした。
ダイバーシティに関する取り組みを社内外問わず強化してき、お客様が気持ちよく利用できるトイレ環境を目指していきます。
また、ダンダダンでは、オールジェンダー問わず、積極的に採用しており、今後も強化していくと同時に、働きやし環境づくりに努めて参ります。

【Notice of Installation of All-Gender Restroom Panels】 at All Shops as Needed
Restroom environment for everyone to use without any worries from September 1.
We are pleased to announce that we have installed all-gender restrooms* to create a restroom environment that is friendly to all genders.
As a first step toward gender equality, we aim to create an environment in which anyone can use the restrooms with ease and comfort.
＜Necessity of All-Gender Restrooms>
To ensure that our restaurants are pleasant to use, we have been making efforts to clean the restrooms since the establishment of the company.
In order to make the restrooms more pleasant to use, some of our employees suggested that it would be better to make them "all-gender friendly.
In fact, we have the impression that more and more of our employees are talking about their own sexuality, and our objective is to promote genderlessness within the company as well.
Looking overseas, initiatives that take into account gender diversity are spreading around the world, and we have not a few opportunities for overseas customers to visit our stores, so we believe that all-gender toilets are necessary from a global perspective as well.
<Toilets that can be used comfortably by everyone>Prior to the installation of all-gender restrooms, the men's and women's restrooms were similarly designed.
We will continue to strengthen our diversity initiatives, both internally and externally, to create a restroom environment that customers can use comfortably.
In addition, Dandan Dandan actively hires all genders, and we will continue to strengthen our efforts to create a comfortable working environment.
